Fit people needed to get people voting

MALVERN Hills District Council is looking for fit and enthusiastic people to help ensure that as many people as possible are registered to vote.

Canvassers are needed throughout the district but especially in Longdon, Kempsey, Castlemorton, The Shelsleys, Upton upon Severn, Tenbury, Malvern Wells and West Malvern.

They will receive £1 for each completed form. There will also be allowances for mileage.

The first-ever elections for police commissioners will be held in November, and elections for county councillors will be held next May.

Very, very important that everyone who is eligible to vote is registered to vote. There are two Elections coming up and we have the By Election in West Malvern on the 5th July so great to see that there is activity to promote this.
