A NEW addition to the Bible Garden at Great Malvern's Holly Mount Church will be unveiled next weekend.
Following the successful competition to design two artwork panels on the theme of Jesus' parables last year, this year's competition for schools has been to produce a design for a bird table.
Entries for the competition have been judged by artist Nigel Banwell who is constructing the bird table.
"It was a difficult task to decide on the winning entry," he said. "I have used ideas from several of the children's designs to produce a final design."
The bird table will be unveiled by Malvern mayor, coun Ian Hopwood, at 10.30am on Saturday, September 10, which is the garden's open day.
There will be presentation of prizes to the designers of the winning entries.
There will be refreshments, a display of the competition entries and music from the Whittington String Quartet. The garden is open from 10am to 4pm.
