The winner was Frances Hughes, whose entry was described as imaginatively capturing the many elements associated with Florence and Malvern's Water Cure.
The events are a dramatised lecture called Florence Nightingale the Respectable Rebel by Lucy Adlington of History Wardrobe, at Malvern Priory on August 13 at 7.30pm, and a talk supported by
re-enactments on October 9 at the Coach House Theatre, Malvern.
