The winner of a hospice’s raffle will drive away in a silver Morgan sports car worth more than £20,000.

St Richard's Hospice is holding the raffle for the iconic Morgan 4/4 Sport, worth £22,150, to mark its 25th anniversary.

The Malvern-produced car has been designed to match the hospice's colours. The seats are blue with green piping and have the snowdrop logo embroidered on the headrests.

Community Fundraiser Joanna Street said: "This is a special year for us, celebrating 25 years of caring for patients and families living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. We really hope people will spare £2 to support us, and may win a fantastic car in the process. Why not buy someone tickets as a Christmas present or just to treat yourself?

“This wonderful raffle prize has been made possible through the generous support of Webbs Garden Centres and Worcester Racecourse.”

St Richard's hopes to raise £60,000 from the sale of the raffle tickets.

Tickets can be purchased the the hospice at Wildwood Drive, Worcester, as well as in hospice shops in Malvern, Worcester, Droitwich, Upton on Severn, Broadway, Tewkesbury, Pershore and Evesham.

Volunteers will also be selling tickets at popular local venues over the coming months, ahead of the draw which takes place on March 31.
