Green campaigner Briget Strawbridge to speak at meeting of NCT

FOUNDER of the Big Green Idea, Brigit Strawbridge, will speak at the Annual General Meeting of Malvern Hills National Childbirth Trust on Wednesday, November 4.

She will talk about the importance of bringing children up with a respect for the natural world, as well as giving lots of tips on how to avoid chemicals in the home and on babies' skins, and how to choose alternatives to processed food.

Frances Thurlow, co-ordinator for the branch, said that NCT volunteers were making a real difference locally and the branch was delighted have Brigit at its AGM.

It will start at 7.30pm, in St Joseph's Church, Newtown Road, Malvern. All parents are welcome. For more information on the NCT contact Frances on 01684 561 485.
