THE City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra is set to open its Malvern Theatres 2009/2010 residency tomorrow (Saturday, October 24).

The concert, which is conducted by Michael Seal, will also see the orchestra perform Mendelssohn’s expressive and lyrical Scottish Symphony and Beethoven’s intensely dramatic Leonore III Overture.
