A 25-year-old Malvern woman staged an attention-grabbing protest wearing little more than a set of horns outside the Spanish Embassy in London on Tuesday.
Abi Izzard, a local development control officer, sat on the pavement outside the embassy with a dozen fellow protesters from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
Abi said: “Tormenting and butchering animals for entertainment is straight out of the Dark Ages. I aim to encourage tourists not to support the cruelty of the Running of the Bulls and bullfighting."
The protest was timed to coincide with the upcoming San Fermin Running of the Bulls and the bullfights that are scheduled to begin in Pamplona, Spain.
