POLICE have named the motorcyclist who was killed when his bike collided with several parked cars in North Malvern in the early hours of yesterday (Thursday) morning.

Clive Jones, 46, of Old Hollow, Malvern, died when his red Yamaha XJ 600 motorcycle collided with four parked cars on North Malvern Road just before 2.30am.

Despite police officers’ attempts to revive him at the scene he was pronounced dead on arrival at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

An inquest was opened and adjourned today (Friday).
