A man has been taken to hospital after falling about 15 feet from scaffolding.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Worcester Road in Hanley Castle shortly before 10:50am today.
A rapid response vehicle and the County Air Ambulance from Strensham were dispatched to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "On arrival, crews found a builder, a man in his 50s, who had fallen from some scaffolding.
"The man was treated on scene for a leg and elbow injury.
He was immobilised at the scene using a spinal board and neck collar before being airlifted to Worcester Royal Hospital for further assessment and treatment."
