A CHANCE to hear the newly-refurbished organ at St Wulstan's Church, Little Malvern, will be provided with a recital on Saturday, July 7.
Playing the organ will be talented young musician David Bryson, who studied the instrument at the Downs School, Colwall, before winning a chorister’s scholarship to St John’s College, Cambridge, prep school and then a music award to Eton College, which is renowned for developing some of the best organists in the country.
David has given recitals at King’s Lynn Minster, St John’s College, Cambridge, and St Nicholas, Blakeney, and regularly plays for services near Eton and in Malvern and Worcester.
He is already much in demand to play the organ whenever he is at home, not just for church services but for weddings as well.
The recital is at noon, and admission is free, with a Collection for the church Restoration Fund.
Light refreshments will be available afterwards.
