MOTORISTS are being warned to take care this morning in the tricky driving conditions.
The heavy rain is causing standing water in places, with the added danger this could turn to ice.
The advice is to slow down, and to allow extra travel time to get to destinations.
So far on the roads traffic is moving well, although there is slower traffic in the north of the county on the M5 and M42, due to an earlier two car crash.
Engineering work is causing some delays with trains, so the advice is to check before you head to the station.
Stourport residents are also being warned that there will be short road closure, or around 30 minutes, between Civic Centre and St Wulstans Church in Vale Road - from around 11.05am.
