A COUPLE who decided to leave their life in the big city and set up a small business in the Worcestershire countryside are to be featured in a new Channel 5 TV series.

Hani and Sarah Saleh, who have been married for nearly 20 years and have two children, moved from London, where they were pursuing separate careers, to Alfrick and started brewing beer from home.

About a year ago they converted an old farm building at hop and fruit farm Stocks Farm, Suckley, where The Unity Brew House could produce cask and bottled beer.

Sarah, a former teacher, is the brewer and Hani, who used to work in the financial industry, uses his knowledge of management and logistics to the brewing business, as well as driving the company van to make deliveries.

Their story will feature in Episode 4 of Starting Up Starting Over on Channel 5 next Wednesday (September 13) at 7pm.

A spokesman for Channel 5 said they selected Sarah and Hani for the series because they were an inspiring couple and very brave to risk all they have to try something completely different. "We knew viewers would root for them because they are lovely and determined people."

Starting Up Starting Over is a new six-part series for Channel 5 which follows families quitting the 9-5 to move to a beautiful part of the UK and start up their dream businesses.
