THE new cattery at RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch is full of rescued cats in need of loving new homes.

Two of the pets looking for a fresh start are Ethel and Dorris, who are a very sweet, gentle pair of black cats.

They are older ladies who are extremely attached to each other, so the charity would not want to separate them.

Geraldine Haynes, branch trustee, said: "Ethel, the larger girl on the left of the photo, and Dorris are looking for a quiet retirement home where they can live as the only pets, so that they can enjoy all the attention.

"They are both fit and healthy, have been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. The girls will be rehomed with six weeks' free pet insurance."

More cats can be seen on the website rspcaworcester.org.uk or call Pamela on 01905 841354 or the centre on 07484 905707 for more information.

The charity's cats available for adoption can be seen at the new branch animal centre at The Holdings, Holdings Lane, Broomhall, Worcester WR5 3FP any day, except Wednesdays, between 11am and 4pm.
