LOVERS of Joules clothes may be able to snap up a bargain at a charity sale this weekend.

Sporting charity The Joanna Brown Trust will hold a Joules Seconds Sale at Perdiswell Primary School on Saturday.

Joules clothing and accessories will be on offer with up to 70 per cent off at the event with money from the ticket sales going to the charity.

Richard Brown, the charity's founder, said: "It’s a great opportunity to get amazing bargains on Joules clothes whilst also supporting a local charity."

Mr Brown set up the charity after the death of his sister Joanna, a former Dyson Perrins High School pupil.

Miss Brown died, aged 30, after falling to her death while on holiday in Siberia in 2008.

Since then the charity in her name has celebrated and supported British athletes in recognition of her own love of sport.

Among those the charity has helped is Malvern cyclist Evie Richards, the first-ever under-23 women's cyclo-cross world champion.

Evie said: “I would not of achieved all I have without the support of The Joanna Brown Trust.

"I am so lucky to have such support, it has given me tremendous belief and confidence in my own abilities.”

The sale will run from noon until 2pm.

Tickets cost £5 and must be bought before the day from TheJoannaBrownTrust.org/joules
