SIMON Hazel Rhodes Died peacefully aged 90 on January 9th, at Worcester Royal Hospital. Beloved mother, mother in law, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Heartfelt thanks to the exceptional care given by all NHS Staff from the Ambulance Crews to A & E, MAU and Avon 3 Ward. Thanks also to the Staff at Mowbray Care Home, Malvern, to the Nationwide Care Agency and The Willows Stroke Unit at Evesham Hospital. Funeral Service will take place at Worcester Crematorium on Monday, January 30th at 10 a.m. Family prefers bright colours to be worn. Family flowers only however donations, if desired for The Willows Stroke Unit, Evesham Hospital Please make cheques payable to The Willows Ward and send to Holland Funeral Service, Malvern. WR14 3LS.
