LONGLEY Green in Suckley once more glows bright under the dazzling light display that adorns Suckley Post Office.
More than 5,000 blue, white, pink and multicoloured LEDs give a wonderful festive glow to the rural post office and store.
"Last year we had 1,000 lights and next year our goal is 10,000." said sub-postmaster Julian Wilkins. He and Mark Bousfield took over the rural post office and store in March 2015, transforming its products and services for the benefit of the local community.
"Shoppers and local residents have commented how cheerful they feel seeing the Christmas lights, and the local children from Suckley School absolutely love them.
"So if you're lacking a bit of Christmas spirit, pop by Suckley and you'll see how even a Post Office can make Christmas just that little bit more special," said Mr Wilkins.
