The Jumble Sale, last Saturday, was a great success and raised nearly £400 for St Gregory's Church Funds; thanks to those who supported that event and particular thanks to Flick Wiggins for organising it.

After a Half Term break, our Book Club resumes next Tuesday, 1 November, to discuss 'The Life you've Always Wanted' by John Ortberg. The Book Club meetings are open to anyone interested and our meeting on Tuesday will take place at Dees Cottage Annexe beginning at 7.15 for 7.45pm. This coming week we shall be discussing chapter 10. Further details are available from Michael Harper - 01684 830133.

We look forward to our next CaCoffany on Saturday 5 November, when we shall be singing hymns associated with Remembrance Sunday. All are welcome to join us for an uplifting programme of hymns from 10.00 to 1045am and then enjoy coffee, cake and social time until 11.30. There is no charge for this but a Bring and Buy stall supports the maintenance of our lovely church.

We join together with other worshippers across the benefice for our service of Holy Communion this Sunday which takes place at 10.30am at St Nicholas' Church, Queenhill with Holdfast. Do join us if you can.
