Drunk driver speeds at 100mph with four children in the car
A SUSPECTED drink driver was speeding at over 100mph on the motorway with four children in the car.
The driver was stopped this morning on the M42 by officers from Worcestershire's Operations Patrol Unit who handle road policing in West Mercia.
A spokesperson for the OPU said via Twitter they had pulled over the drink driver on the M42, junction 2.
They added: "He was driving at over 100mph with four other young people in the car. He blew 55 at the roadside.
"He was arrested and taken to the Police Station. Court awaits him now."
