MALVERN Hills Conservators are offering a final opportunity for local people and visitors to help shape the future of the Malvern Hills and commons.

The final part of the Conservators’ new draft land management plan is now open for public consultation.

The three-part plan will guide the charity’s work on the ground over the next five years and this final section outlines the objectives and details work items for every piece of the 3,000 acres of land under the Conservators’s jurisdiction.

Conservation officer Jonathan Bills said “The hills and commons are an iconic landscape that is much-loved by many people. We’ve been careful to engage with as many people as possible throughout the writing of this ambitious plan and I look forward to finalising it with them next year.”

The document can be found at malvernhills.org.uk. Paper copies are also available at the Conservators' office.

To comment, email jonathan@malvernhills.org.uk or write to the Conservators at Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern, WR14 3EY.

The consultation will close on January 31.
