VISITORS to Little Malvern Court this month will be able see the latest features of its renowned gardens - a new bridge over a new stream.
The stream was created after part of the garden was re-landscaped over the winter, which included work to the historic ponds which once provided the monks' fish.
And local craftsman James Cooper was commissioned to create a new footbridge crossing the pond. The court's head gardener Hugh Thomas oversaw the project, which included new planting around the steam and bridge.
Mrs Alex Berington, owner of the court, said: ""We're very lucky to have such a wonderful craftsman as James, who can turn his hand to any form of carpentry. The bridge has already been admired by our visitors."
Little Malvern Court and its gardens are open this month to the public in Wednesday and Thursday afternoons up until July 23.
