A week after a spate of graffiti marred the the town once again, more cases have now been revealed.

Last weekend, cars and a wall outside a property were sprayed in Malvern Link top, with obscenities even written in spray paint in once case.

A wall outside the property in Hollow Road, was covered in obscenities in red paint, while a Ford Fiesta parked in the road was also sprayed, and a second car parked in Cowleigh Road.

The latest attacks come a week after the Gazette reported graffiti attacks on Tesco Express, a phone box and Howsell Road Bridge, and police have confirmed the possibility of the cases being linked is not being ruled out.

PC Dave Wise, of Malvern Cops, said: "The style of the graffiti appears to be quite different to that which occurred early in the year, but we are not ruling out a link at this stage."

The cars were sprayed between 4pm on Saturday, January 3 and around 3.30pm on Sunday, January 4.

Call 101, quoting incident number 315s 040115 to give information regarding the sprayed car in Old Hollow, or incident number 0324s 040115 to give information about the car parked in Cowleigh Road,.

The wall of the property was vandalised between 7pm and 11.45pm on Saturday, January 3.

It was this time last year when business, banks, pubs and properties were targeted by graffiti in Belle Vue Terrace and Church Street, which sparked outrage with traders and residents.
