FOLLOWING the success of its first comedy night last year, Malvern Hills Labour Party is holding the second Stand up for Labour fundraising event on Friday, November 7.
Held at the Memorial Hall, it features Crispin Flintoff and a new trio of top comedy acts from the West Midlands.
Steve Day was a finalist in the Daily Telegraph Open Mic Award and the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year, and has also had several one-man shows at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Sally-Anne Hayward, described by Norman Wisdom as the funniest female entertainer he had ever seen, appeared in the hit TV show Absolutely Fabulous and comperes stages at the Glastonbury Music Festival.
Perrier Award winner Wil Hodgson is known for his autobiographical monologues about being a misfit and an outcast; he has supported Mark Thomas on tour.
Doors open at 7.30pm and tickets can be bought in advance online at oldstreetlaughs.eventbrite.co.uk priced £12 each or £50 for a reserved table of five.
