WITH animated film How to Train Your Dragon 2 doing a roaring trade at the box office over the summer holidays, children have been getting up close and personal with a fearsome fiery beast at Worcester City Art Gallery.

As part of the Dress the Dragon event at the Foregate Street museum children have been invited to make and decorate scales for a massive model dragon.

Visitors can also dress up as fantasy characters or have fun with life-size knight and princess cut-outs.

The free event has been running since the start of July but children still have until Friday, August 22 to take part. Dress the Dragon is open every day between 11am and 4pm.
