A STAFF member at a Malvern pub had her head cut open when a man, who was accompanied by two dogs, threw a beer glass at her.

The incident at the Bluebell Inn, Guarlford Road, happened on Saturday night between 8pm and 8.15pm.

The man is described as a white male in his late 20s, of thin build and about five feet eight tall. He had short fair hair and was wearing a baseball cap and a royal-blue tracksuit top.

With his were two terrier dogs, one described as scruffy with a white coat with flecks of black; the other was a beige Jack Russell. Both were on rope-style leads described as mainly blue in colour.
