MP Harriet Baldwin was badgered by badgers when she held her constituency surgery in Malvern town centre on Friday (July 25).
Demonstrators from the Malvern branch of Worcestershire Vegans and Veggies, angry at Mrs Baldwin's support for the badger cull, waved placards and shouted "Stop the cull" and "Save the badgers" as she arrived and departed.
Ronald Lee of the group said: "There was a great deal of support from passers-by and many stopped to fill in postcards asking the government to end the cull.
"There is a large amount of scientific evidence that the killing of badgers, which is scheduled to continue in Gloucestershire and Somerset within the next few months, will do little or nothing to prevent TB in cattle and that it could even make the situation worse."
