TWO men were arrested and a third was taken to hospital after a car crashed into a wall in Malvern.

The incident happened in the town's Worcester Road at 4.40am on Saturday and a third person had to be removed from the car by fire crews using hydraulic cutting equipment and taken to hospital.

Two fire crews attended the scene from Malvern who worked to remove the casualty. freeing him at 5.25am.

The men were later arrested on suspicion of failing to report an accident and collision investigators were called to the scene.

Have I missed something? Did two of people in the car take off leaving thother trapped in there? Why were they charged 45mins later with leaving the scene of an accident? Something is missing in this report.

So what - number plates aren't secret and they can't be traced to an individual by the general public.

Really really hard to see how they managed that. It's on a more or less straight bit of road. Unless they got the turn towards Malvern from the top of Newtown road very wrong indeed...
