In April 2013, we published an article under the headline “Man, 55, cautioned over drugs in his car”.
It followed the arrest of Mr Hekmat Kaveh, the owner of Abbey College in Malvern, and another man on suspicion of possessing a Class A drug.
While the other man was cautioned for the offence, the police said Mr Kaveh was completely innocent of any crime in relation to the incident at Cheltenham Racecourse in October 2012 and they took no further action against him.
We apologise to Mr Kaveh if any reader understood the headline to refer to him and we are happy to clarify that it was not the case.
