PUPILS at a Great Malvern primary school have invited Prime Minister David Cameron to read stories at a Malvern primary school.
The invitation was issued by the Year Three class at the Grove Primary School during a visit by MP Harriett Baldwin.
During the visit, Mrs Baldwin offered to pass on a message from the pupils to Mr Cameron.
And the class responded by asking Mr Cameron to read stories to them. Mrs Baldwin agreed to pass on a letter from the class formally inviting him to the school.
Mrs Baldwin said: "The Grove is a real gem which is working hard to improve and offer a great start for local children.
“I wanted to pop in to the school to personally thank head Mark Ridlinton and his team for all the hard work they are putting in, and I will be happy to pass on a letter to the Prime Minister inviting him to visit.”
