A POPULAR party will be rocking and rolling its way back for a sixth time.
The Rock and Roll Party in the Park returns to Stourport Riverside Meadows with an outdoor festival of live music and jive dancing from 11am to 6pm on Sunday, June 1.
Organised by Wyre Forest District Council, the line-up features Katy Jane, Colin Paul, the Bravo Boys and the Heartbeats, with a rock and roll DJ performing between the live acts to entertain the crowds.
Lesley Fox, community development manager at the council, said: “This is always a lively event and is ideal for a family day out. We’d love to see people turn up dressed for the occasion in retro outfits.
"We’ve had a fantastic response in the past and we hope to continue putting on large scale, well loved events."
There will also be stalls offering retro clothing, records, toys, jewellery and glitter tattoos alongside arts and crafts stands, and food and refreshment outlets.
Entry is free.
