THE Malvern group of the Chernobyl Children’s Life Line urgently needs to find two more host families for this summer's visit.

The charity provides healthful holidays for children from the areas of the former Soviet Union which were affected by the Chernobyl nuclear accident.

Ten children are coming to Malvern this summer, and homes have been found for eight of them. But organisers still need to find hosts for two 11-year-old boys from Belarus.

The boys, who will be staying together, need homes from June 11 to 25, and from June 25 to July 9.

Dorothy Knights of the charity said: "During the children’s stay, activities are planned for the group for three days per week and other youth and family activities are arranged during their stay. Over 120 children from Belarus have benefitted from this opportunity of a health-giving month in Malvern."
