Hmmm. I wonder who will jump on the bandwagon and blame Chinese Lanterns. I'm sure they'll be the cause in this damp weather!

Jokes aside, my thoughts go out to the family of the person who lost their life.

How come is it that when a fire chief speculates how a fire is caused then it is deemed as ok? I make the same comment and get down voted by 17 votes. The last caravan fire was speculated to have been cause by a lantern. There was never any proof (from what I read - apologies if it has been proved otherwise since). I was just merely stating that the same could have taken place in this situation too.

I apologise if I have caused offence.
