A FUN time was had by the pupils of Bowbrook Infants and Juniors who celebrated Pancake Day with a series of relay races.

The children from the school in Peopleton, near Pershore, battled it out to see which team had the cleanest, most complete pancake after the numerous runs.

They were also challenged to produce the highest flip.

After the races, pupils enjoyed a Shrove Tuesday story and tucked in to pancakes with chocolate, lemon or sugar topping.
