A SUSPECTED theft of olive trees from a property in Ledbury seems to have been based on a misunderstanding, said police this this week.
The seven olive trees, worth about £10,000 were originally reported stolen fromArgus Farm, Dymock Road, Ledbury, at the end of last month. The trees were reportedly seen being driven away on a flatbed truck.
But this week a police spokesman said: "It appears the farm has a new owner who moved the trees. All parties involved know where they are."
