HONOUR mothers and motherhood by seeing a classic film and enjoying a gourmet lunch at an arts centre.

The Courtyard in Hereford is inviting film goers to take their mum to see Philomena at 11am on Sunday, March 30 or ABBA focused feel-good flick Mamma Mia! at 2.45pm the same day.

There will also be an opportunity between the two screenings to book onto a half an hour backstage tour of the Edgar Street-based venue to see what really happens behind the closed doors of a busy arts centre.

A three-course menu has been crafted to make lunch with your number one lady that little bit more special on Mothering Sunday and the dining experience will be opened with a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival and children under 12 eat for free.

Tours of the venue start at 12.15pm and run until 1.45pm.

The film, lunch and tour package costs from £30.75 to £34.75, a tour and lunch deal ranges from £23.95 to £27.95 and lunch is £15.95 for two courses and £19.95 for the full three courses.
