THE Malvern Wells Players production of Jack and the Beanstalks will have all the usual fairytale characters of Jack, his mother, the Wicked Baron, the Giant, plus a number of others.
But in their version Jack has five beanstalks to climb before he finds the one leading to Giantland.
The other four take him to Toy Town, Panto Land, Nursery Rhyme Land and Alice in Wonderland, and once he finally arrives and escapes from the Giant his friend Jill wants to return and rescue her friend the Singing Harp.
He also needs to steal the Hen that lays the Golden Eggs to save his mother and sister from being evicted and so everyone can live happily ever after.
