THE MALVERN daughter of a life peer who applied for bail via a video link has been remanded in custody.
The Honourable Linda Granville, aged 64, daughter of the late Lord Granville, denies charges of harassment without violence and obstructing a constable on November 23.
She applied to Worcester Magistrates Court for bail ahead of a trial.
The application involved a video transmission from Eastwood Park prison, where she is being held.
Granville, of Graham Road, Malvern, was remanded in custody.
A trial date of Thursday, January 9, 2014, was set.
She is due to appear with Paul Bellingham, 42, who faces the same charges and was granted bail at an earlier hearing.
Granville pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing.
