LAURA Young will be back in the limelight when she steps out on the runway at a top fashion and beauty event.
The 19-year-old former Chase School pupil is joining her fellow Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model contestants for the glamorous High Street and Designer catwalk at Clothes Show Live at the NEC in Birmingham.
Laura, from Malvern, who made the top 10 of the Sky Living programme, will be dressed in the high street must-haves from Friday, December 6, to Tuesday, December 10, during the girls’ first public appearance together since leaving the show.
The Hereford Sixth Form College student expects to be doing seven or eight catwalks each day and looking forward to the occasion and seeing the other girls again.
She said: “It will be the biggest catwalk I have done so far because the others have been little charity ones.
I’m really excited about it.”
But she isn’t expecting to be overawed by the experience.
“Any nerves I do get are just before I go on but once you have been on for the first time it is just a case of getting on with it.”
Visitors can meet the girls and get the inside scoop during exclusive autograph signing sessions and Laura is looking forward to sharing stories from her time on the show as well as tips for other aspiring models.
