PLANS to build four houses on land at Malvern Link are coming before Malvern Hills District Council planners on Wednesday.

The development site is bounded by Somers Road, Albert Park Road and Jenny Lind Grove, and is an overgrown woodland within a residential area.

Neighbours have objected, saying the site is a wildlife refuge and that there are problems with flooding.

However, members of the southern area development control committee are being recommended to approve the plan.
