Traders’ delight as new sign is put up

TRADERS in Malvern say a new sign has finally “put them on the map”.

Businesses on the Six Ways Trading Estate, in Barnards Green, say many people did not know the site existed as there was nothing pointing people in the right direction.

But they hope that will change after the efforts of their district councillor Roy Harding saw them granted permission to put up a new sign advertising the estate and its nine businesses.

Jane Williams, director of The Malvern Kitchen Studio, said: “There is a wealth of small businesses on the estate, many trading for years, some newly established, offering an extension to the thriving businesses on the high street.”
