School on move thanks to former pupil
A FORMER Malvern student has helped his old school get on the move.
The Chase High School took delivery of two new minibuses thanks to Chris Maynard, whose vehicle leasing company provided replacements for an ageing fleet. He also sponsored the school’s football team kit.
Kevin Peck, headteacher at The Chase, said: “I am grateful to Chris for his generous sponsorship, as well as the excellent leasing arrangement he has enabled for us.”
Chris is pictured with Mr Peck, fleet manager Rob Harris and pupils Jared Byers and Ross Grimshaw, both eight.
