SHOPPERS in Malvern did a double-take as they passed a rather unusual display in one store window.
Instead of the usual mannequins, the window of the Oxfam shop in Church Street was bustling with life as real people held a lively tea party.
Intrigued passers-by were then invited inside to enjoy some refreshments and try their hand at crafts including making a flower corsage.
The inventive idea was dreamed up to promote the forthcoming Oxfam Get Together event, being held as part of celebrations for International Women’s Day on March 8.
Malvern’s main Get Together event will be an all-day affair at The Grove in Avenue Road on Saturday, March 9. Several others will also be taking place and anyone who would like to hold their own is being encouraged to join in.
