STOLEN: A ring taken by thieves
POLICE investigating a break-in have released pictures of jewellery stolen in the raid.
Burglars targeted a house in Fruitlands, Malvern Wells, between 7am and 7pm on Thursday, January 24, and en tered via a rear patio door.
Footmarks in the snow showed someone had climbed over a garden wall.
They stole a large amount of jewellery, including a collection of Welsh Clogau jewellery, as well as a white Sony Vaio laptop, two Nokia mobile phones and a Nikon camera.
DC Pete Ryland said: “It is always worse when a victim of burglary has something stolen that is precious to them for sentimental reasons.”
Police are linking the raid with burglaries in Worcester and Droitwich at about the same time, and a break-in at Hastings Road, Malvern, on Sunday, January 13.
Anyone with information should call DC Ryland on 101 quoting reference number 506s 24/01/13.
