A WOMAN was taken to hospital with minor injuries following a rush-hour crash in Worcester.
Emergency services were called to The Tything at about 5pm on Wednesday night to reports of a crash between a blue Mini and a silver BMW.
Police cordoned off the area and directed traffic while the female driver of the BMW was treated by paramedics before she was taken to hospital.
There were long queues of congestion around the scene, with Castle Street and Worcester Bridge being worst affected areas. The crash was cleared at about 6.30pm.
