A VISITING ban remains in force at a Worcester hospital because of a winter diarrhoea and vomiting bug.
Four wards are affected by norovirus at Worcestershire Royal Hospital and all wards are closed to visitors except for the outpatients department, intensive care, paediatrics and maternity units to protect our patients and visitors.
Exceptional visiting can be arranged by prior agreement with the ward manager.
Visiting restrictions are in place at the Alexandra Hospital and the Kidderminster Hospital and Treatment Centre.
Visitors are advised not to come unless it is essential. Essential visiting will be restricted to immediate family and only two visitors at a time.
