Second arrest in Adrian Locke murder investigation
A SECOND man has been arrested connection with the murder of a 39-year-old man in Worcester.
Adrian Locke, of Wych Road, Droitwich, was found by paramedics with stab wounds outside Teme Road, Worcester, at around 7.20pm on Wednesday evening.
In the early hours of this morning, a man in his 20s was arrested in Birmingham and is currently being held in custody at Worcester Police Station.
It follows the arrest on Friday of another man in Birmingham who was also in his 20s.
This morning, he was charged with three offences related to drug dealing and the possession of a firearm.
He was charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, heroin and crack cocaine, from 42a Teme Road in Worcester.
He was also charged with an offence of possession of an illegal firearm, which relates to an offence from May 2011 in Birmingham when officers from West Midlands Police recovered a handgun.
He appeared at Worcester Magistrates' Court today and has been remanded into custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court on April 8.
He has been released on police bail for the offence of murder.
