CINDERELLA will be the panto offering from the Pepperpot Players this year.
Oh yes it will.
A spokesman said: "We'll take a trip to a magical kingdom where
fairies live in the woods and a handsome prince lives in
a shining castle.
"At the other end of the kingdom we find Hardup Hall where Baron Hardup, a poor but good man, lives with his beautiful young daughter Cinderella and his faithful manservant, Buttons."
The spokesman added: "Everything seems idyllic until the baron decides to marry a wealthy but cruel woman with two daughters
of her own. Can Cinderella overcome the challenges of her wicked stepmother and step sisters?"
Well probably. But put familiarity with an age-old tale behind you, and get ready for plenty of audience participation at Upton upon Severn Memorial Hall, from Wednesday February 22 to Saturday February 25, at 7.30pm each evening.
There will also be a Saturday Matinee at 2.30pm.
Tickets will be available on the door and in advance from Upton Upon Severn Launderette, New St.
