Benedict Cumberbatch has taken on the role of Pride And Prejudice's Mr Darcy in aid of cancer research.
The Sherlock star was photographed emerging from a lake in a soaking wet shirt unbuttoned to the waist - inspired by Colin Firth's famous scene in the 1995 TV adaptation of Jane Austen's novel.
The picture was taken by Jason Bell for the TK Maxx and Cancer Research UK as part of their Give Up Clothes for Good campaign.
The campaign - which helps raise money for cancer research from old clothes donated by the public at their local TK Maxx store - is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
