PENTABUS Theatre is bringing its latest production For Once to Hereford’s Courtyard Theatre.
Written by multi-award-winning Welsh playwright Tim Price, this highly acclaimed drama was inspired by a week he spent in Ludlow, working in a pub kitchen and the young people he met there.
Through a series of intertwining accounts, For Once cuts to the heart of a family and a community turned upside down by tragedy.
Ludlow-based company Pentabus aim to produce theatre that asks questions and tells stories that resonate with its audience, through the unique perspective their rural location gives them.
The play has had a successful run at the Hampstead Theatre and has been described by Time Out as ‘wry, compassionate and thought-provoking’.
For Once is at Tte Courtyard on Tuesday at 7.30pm.
