A RISING star is moving up the career ladder at Worcester-based solicitors Gordon Lutton, where Wills and estates solicitor Tristan Lewis has been appointed an associate.

Mr Lewis joined the firm in 2012 from Gloucestershire-based Tayntons Solicitors and is particularly well regarded for his work with the elderly and dementia sufferers. He regularly speaks at events held by the Alzheimer’s Society, particularly to those suffering with early-onset dementia and their carers.

Colin Gordon, Gordon Lutton's managing partner, said:

"We aim to nurture the talent of our team whenever possible and have been delighted by the commitment shown by Tristan, not only to his work, but to the local community."

Mr Lewis added: "Gordon Lutton has always supported my professional development and is a great local employer." He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a national organisation which provides specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
