AN authors’ morning held at Malvern Library was a great success.
WRITERS: Authors admire each other's work.
The event was organised by local printer and publisher Aspect Design, and saw 17 local authors meeting members of the public, signing books and explaining more about their experiences and how they came to put them into writing.
Sue Smith, who runs Aspect Design with her husband Allan, said: “The morning showcased local talent and hopefully will have encouraged many people to have a go at writing their own book.
“It helped people realise that it can be great fun to see their own work in print and with modern technology they can have as few as 30 copies printed, so it does not need to cost a fortune.”
Mrs Smith thanked all the staff at Malvern Library for their support and the team at the library cafe Bloem for supplying refreshments.
